Membrane Roofing
We offer EPDM, TPO, PVC membranes in a variety of colors. These systems can be installed using mechanical attachment, ballasted, or fully adhered offering you plenty of design options. We are certified installers for Firestone Building Products and GAF Roofing Products. The membranes offer the flexibility of year round applications with the TPO and PVC as these membranes us heat to weld the seams together using a robotic welder. The can be used for residential, industrial, and commercial applications. Warranties can be obtained for as long as 30 years and are non pro-rated. So if you have a nagging roof problem or are building new let us put one of the membranes to work for you.
Standing Seam
We offer Firestone standing seam metal roofing in all colors, sizes, and profiles. Quality and fast installation is enhanced because we have our own machine to manufacture the panel onsite thus no more waiting for long deliver schedules. This also gives us the flexibility to make the panel in any length so you won't have any horizontal seams on your roof. (Less chance for leaks) We can even specially make the panels to go over a round roof! So if you're in need for a standing seam roof let our expertise get one installed for you.
Tapered Insulation
We offer tapered insulation design and installation for your flat roofs to provide good slope to drain water. This gives you the owner the ability to get that standing water off your roof without having to build slopes with lumber. We can use EPS or ISO insulation to provide your slope depending on you insulation and budget needs. Once designed all the panels are cut at the factory and shipped to us for installation. The insulation is just like putting a jigsaw puzzle together and then we can top it with one of our membrane roofing materials.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
We offer complete sheet metal capabilities using steel, copper, stainless, and aluminum materials. We have a computerized brake so we can duplicate and profile over and over again thus providing uniformity, quality, and great looks. We also offer wall panel fabrication and installation for the decretive look for your building.
Shingles
We offer two high-end shingle options with Decra Steel shingles and Malarkey SBS (rubber) asphalt shingles for a long lasting roof for your sloped applications. Both shingles offer a Class 4 impact resistance, which is the highest Underwriters Laboratories rating available.
The Decra shingle is a stone coated metal shingle panel that will not crack, break, burn, curl, split or rot. The interlocking panels provide a weather tight barrier. It comes with a 120 MPH wind and a transferable 50-year limited warranty.
The Malarkey Legacy Shingle is a SBS modified (rubber) shingle with designer appeal. This shingle also offers the Class 4 impact resistance rating. Malarkey shingles offer the "ZONE" which includes a 3 times larger nailing area that improves correct fastener placement and has a double rain seal. The shingle also has a 110 MPH and 50 year limited product warranty. This product also has Scotchgaurd Algae resistance with a 20-year warranty against algae growth so you don't have unsightly stains on you new roof, and carries a class "A" fire rating.
